Terms & Conditions of the Customer Referral Program
By referring Stratus to a first customer, upon sign up of that customer, you will benefit a 10% discount on our standard support rates for 12 months starting on the day of the sign up.
If a second customer is referred, upon sign up an additional 5% discount will be applied as from the day of the sign up. Making a total of 15% discount for the remaining of the initial 12 months started upon the sign up of the first customer.
If a third customer is referred, once more, an additional 5% discount will be applied on our standard support rates for the remaining of the 12 months started from the day of your first customer referral sign up. Making a total of 20% discount in all.
The program is only applicable once the referred customer has signed up.
The discounts will take effect on the first day the sign up completed. Your next invoice will show the pro-rata calculated fees and charges based on the day of the sign up versus normal rates.
The discount is only applied on our standard support rates, it excludes licenses such as Microsoft, Anti-Virus, Monitoring, or any other products that are usually applicable to you.
The discount excludes any other pricing that we may be presenting to you in the form of quotations from third-party suppliers such as the purchase of laptops, computers, servers etc.
If your business is multi-site, your discount will be applied on your payment accounting to the office from which the referral is coming only. For instance, if you have 2 offices across NZ and one of your Auckland staff refers Stratus, the discount and credit is applied to your Auckland account ONLY.
If your current business or specific office that is referring has more than 15 users/staff, your referral should be at least 40% of your size (number of users) for the discount to be applied.
Your referrals should be of businesses operating in the building and construction industry in New Zealand such as Architects, Engineers, and others.
